Sheeba Vinay- Founder and Literary Agent
Sheeba Vinay is a literary agent, publishing consultant, and a law student. A seasoned writer, her articles have been featured in esteemed publications such as Lokmat Times and The Times of India, as well as various online platforms.
She founded WeTalk Literary Agency in 2023 to fosters a community of budding/debut writers and authors and to help them find the best publishing house. She has authored a children's ebook with Storyweaver, Pratham Publication, and co-authored several anthologies. Her compilations under WeTalk are available on Amazon and Flipkart.
Committed to giving back, Sheeba is passionate about volunteering. As Co-Founder of WeTalk Legal Rights and State President of WICCI Telangana Women’s Laws in India Council, she advocates for gender-based violence and juvenile justice. Sheeba also serves as a brand ambassador for Apni Shala, promoting mental health awareness among children. Previously, she led the V-Force initiative in Hyderabad as part of the United Nations Volunteers program.

Vinay Kulkarni is the Co-Founder and Legal Advisor of WeTalk Literary Agency. A legal professional with exposure of 15+ years of multiple industries, people and operations management, global strategic sourcing and contracting, coupled with a strong background in law and a passion for literature, Vinay brings a unique blend of exposure, expertise and enthusiasm to the agency. As a seasoned legal professional, he provides expert guidance on copyright, contracts, and related legal matters, ensuring that authors and publishers navigate the complex literary landscape with confidence.
As Co-Founder, Vinay plays a key role in shaping the agency's vision and strategy, leveraging his legal acumen to drive growth and innovation. With a deep commitment to fostering a love of literature, Vinay is dedicated to helping authors bring their stories to life.
Lakshmy V.R- Manuscript Specialist and editor
Lakshmy V.R is a multifaceted professional with a deep-rooted passion for the English language and literature. With a distinguished academic background, she has established herself as a dedicated educator, insightful writer, and meticulous manuscript specialist.
As the author of Reveries Unbound, a solo anthology exploring the journey of self-discovery, and co-author of six other notable anthologies—Reminiscing Herstories, Ode to the Woman in Me, Life Happens in Grey, All I Love About You, Folklore, Believe It or Not, and You Are Not Your Mental Health—Lakshmy brings a unique voice to contemporary writing.
Her work extends beyond creative writing into impactful articles on gender equality, children’s rights and laws, and effective parenting. Through her contributions, she continuously advocates for informed awareness and positive change.
Tanushree Dholpuria- public Relations Manager
Tanushree is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science, an author and a passionate climate change volunteer. With an academic background and years of experience in the field, she specializes in areas such as artificial intelligence, blockchain technology and data science.
Beyond academic contribution, Tanushree has authored several research paper and books, simplifying the gap between complex technical methods and practical use cases for wider audience. Her writing not only reflect her deep commitment towards technology but also, she is active for social initiatives like mental health and women education.
She also says that we should all have the sense of responsibility towards the planet. In past few years she had actively volunteered with climate change initiatives through marathon runs. She is also advocating for sustainable technologies and educating people about environmental issues.
Tanushree continues to inspire the next generation of technologist to innovate with a purpose and compassion. And also, to take care of this beautiful planet earth.
